No set quotas or limits, just maintain NYS licensing requirements.

Similar to our Preferred Partner program, the Attorney Closer program allows buyer counsel or attorneys conducting settlement to act as the closing agent on behalf of Vanguard where we are providing title insurance. Based on a flat-fee model per closing, no quotas or limits.

Similar to our Preferred Partner program, the Realtor program allows real estate brokers and independent agents alike the opportunity to get real-time updates on product status, access to title opinions, educational resources, and specialized reports designed to give prospective sellers and buyers an advance look at potential issues in title.
