What is Title Research?

“Title research” comprises a broad range of different report-style products designed to provide specific information regarding the various rights, interests, and encumbrances in land. Most title reports are drawn from public land records maintained by local County Clerk’s offices, as well as limited assessment data, but reports can be designed to include various data points from different sources to assist with decisions on acquisition, development, and planning.

We have extensive experience researching land titles for residential home purchases, big tract developments, small retail, big manufacturing, energy plants and corridors, farms, and more.
